Paradise Condo Electric Water Heater Install

Paradise Condo Electric Water Heater Install, Paradise, NV

A condo owner in Paradise needed to replace an electric water heater in a small utility space where floor area was precious. The old unit sat on the floor and blocked access to other equipment.

We installed a new electric water heater on a wall bracket, ran new copper supply connections and a proper relief valve discharge line, and freed up the floor below.

Project Challenges

Floor space was limited, and the wall had to carry the weight of a full tank safely.
