This Sunrise Manor home has its water heater outside on the back patio. The old unit failed after years of summer heat and sun exposure.
We installed a new outdoor-rated water heater on a level base, replaced the supply connections, insulated exposed piping and routed the relief valve discharge correctly.
Outdoor heaters face extreme heat, sun, wind and occasional freezing nights, all of which shorten their life.

We chose an outdoor-rated heater and protected every exposed component.
Designed for exterior installation and weather exposure.
Exposed lines insulated and protected from UV damage.
Relief valve piped to a safe, visible termination.
Result: The new outdoor-rated heater is better protected from summer sun and the occasional winter freeze, and the insulated supply lines will no longer crack and leak at the connections. Installation was finished in a single afternoon.
